Reconciliation

Sometimes you will notice an invoice line reading "Reconciliation".

This occurs when you change a customer from pre-paid to post-paid. If the customer has some pre-paid balance left this amount is credited to them, reducing their post-paid invoice total to pay at the end of the month.
